Home 360 opened its first store in Atlanta, and is adding new locations throughout the South East, and will continue expanding to the mid-Atlantic region in 2019.

Home 360 is a diverse group of quality vendors all working and succeeding under one roof. Each vendor licenses a specific number of square feet and creates their own store. From the small corner space selling jewelry of sunglasses, to the larger store selling furnishings, cookware or cabinets, Home 360 can accommodate all types of businesses.

What kinds of merchandise does Home 360 sell?
Home 360 sells everything for the home; cabinets, lighting, cookware, baskets, grills, artwork, crafts and home décor, everything for all around the house.From mobile electronics to antiques, you’ll find it all at Home 360.

How does Home 360 work?

Home 360 removes the barriers for start-up businesses, micro-boutiques, veterans, retirees, people with disabilities and family-owned businesses.We set out to create a vibrant marketplace, an exciting destination, a literal treasure hunt for shoppers of all ages – and we need YOU to add your special gifts to our growing community. You set up your store and stock it with great merchandise – we do the rest.It really is that simple!

Our staff assigns Vendor ID numbers to include when you are pricing your merchandise.We generate bar codes to make the task of pricing easier, quicker and more accurate.Our Cashier system tracks all purchases and credits your account. We make it easy!
Shoppers have the convenience of visiting over a hundred stores and making all their purchases at one check-out.Here’s no need for them to remember where they chose items or what prices were marked.All of that information is kept in our central database, so we can handle all of the transactions for you. You get the convenience of a well-trained staff and professional Point-of-Sale system, while your customers enjoy the convenience of buying everything with one simple trip to the register.

Each month, we tally up your credits and issue a check. We deduct the month’s rent and any other fees if applicable.You will also see the total of applicable sales tax collected and paid on your behalf.Imagine, being able to operate a seven-day-a-week store, without having to be there yourself, or having to manage your own employees, payroll, maintenance or taxes! Its that easy.

How does Home 360 compare cost wise?

In order to create a truly unique retail experience, we approached everything with a fresh point of view. We don’t just charge rent and leave you on your own. Instead, we license space for each vendor and provide all of the necessary services to make your store operate smoothly, without all of the headaches and stress that accompany trying to open a new brick and mortar location of your own. We charge a small sales commission, which means you only pay for the support services proportional to your actual sales activity.This also means we have a serious stake in your success, and our in-store staff remain constantly motivated to increase you sales.
Licensing is less expensive and less risky than signing long term rental agreements with traditional retail space, and even less than most flea-market fees.Most importantly, you get seven days of sales opportunity, compared to only weekends.

Why licensing? How is it different?

Traditional rent is just a charge for space.We do more, because we know that you want more.Licensing allows each space to become a ‘branded’ experience, in much the same way as designer labels brand their space in a department store. It is a more immersive experience for the shoppers, and allows you to build your own following.This becomes your focus, while we handle everything else.You focus on great merchandise selection, a desirable store environment, competitive pricing, your customers’ interests and trends that you can capitalize upon.

What is the term of the licensing agreement?

The initial term is 6 months to allow set up and establishing basic operations. After that, it is month by month.We want a perfect fit that works for both of us.

Where do I start?

Simply fill out the Vendor Application. We review all applications to ensure a good fit.For example, we limit vendors in similar categories to minimize competition with your neighbors, and to entice the greatest number of shoppers with the widest range of product offerings.

Absolutely!We provide consultation on product trends, store layout, lighting and fixtures, security, stock management and marketing – we share everything we know to help you gain the advantage.By providing essential services like employees and monthly sales accounting, we believe that Home 360 represents the fastest, easiest and least expensive way to launch your new venture.

What if I’ve been selling successfully for many years? Why change?

I already have a store in a nice location. Why do I need Home 360?

How fancy can my store be?

We encourage everyone to be as creative and fun as they can be!We recommend an enthusiastic approach to lighting and color to truly energize your space, to make it unique, welcoming and attractive. Signage is key to building and reinforcing your brand, and we can assist you with professional design and production services.Once you become a part of the Home 360 community, you may find that other vendors who can assist you as well.Business cards, brochures, signs – everything that has your name on it represents you, and tells your customers how important they are to you.Large business or small, let everything you show the customer be memorable, and bring a smile to their faces.

Are there separate fees for utilities like water and electricity?

All utility and maintenance costs are handled by Home 360. A portion of the sales commission covers these expense as well as credit card fees, service on the point of sale system and other expenses.For you, this means no sudden or unanticipated costs that you have to bear out of pocket.We keep your business running smoothly, with no surprises.

Can you make social media work for me?

Home 360 is all about good news and great stories.We have a full time staff of media savvy fans who share news about new products, new vendors and special events.Most of all, we really love teasing the community with ‘Treasure Hunts’, those magic moments when you find that perfect lamp, that rare antique, the perfect décor items that enrich your feeling of ‘home’. Do you handle re-stocking my store?

Our associates work to facilitate the customer experience and transactions in-store, but we need you to maintain your inventory and store appearance. We have special late hours each week to allow vendors to physically re-stock and make any display changes required when there are no shoppers in the store.These are generally every two weeks, although this varies by location.Our goal is to make your space available to you while ensuring customer safety and comfort.

Why not just sell on-line and skip the brick & mortar all together?

This is a great question.While the internet provides incredible new opportunities, it is important to realize that if everything works exactly as you’d imagined it would in your wildest dreams, on-line selling could quickly become a Full Time, 24/7, 365 day a year job.That may not be what you’re looking for.
